Account Deletion Guide

Members may request deletion of their With Value account and associated personal information at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to withvalue@withvalue.ai from the email address used to register.
2. Use “With Value Account Deletion Request” as the subject.
3. Include only your registered email and display name in the message. Do not send your password or verification code.
4. Follow the identity verification instructions you receive.

Information subject to deletion

This includes your account profile, registered buildings, management requests, estimates and progress records, uploaded photos and documents, and other information associated with your account.

Information retained in exceptional cases

Information that must be retained under applicable law, such as electronic commerce or dispute records, is stored separately for the statutory period and then deleted. Information associated with another member’s legitimate transaction record may be de-identified to the minimum extent necessary or retained for the legally required period.

What happens next

After identity verification and review of relevant records, we will process the deletion and notify you by email when it is complete. Existing data and usage records cannot be restored after account deletion.
