With Value Inc. (the “Company”) complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and processes the personal information of users of the With Value website and building management services securely.
1. Personal information processed and purposes

2. Retention and use
Member information is retained until account withdrawal or fulfillment of the processing purpose. Non-member inquiry information is retained until the consultation and response purpose is fulfilled, then deleted without delay. Where applicable law requires retention or information is needed to resolve a dispute, it is stored separately for the required period.
3. Outsourcing and overseas processing
The Company may use cloud and authentication service providers for login, data storage, file storage, app distribution and service operations. When the actual provider or processing location is determined or changes, this policy will be updated with the provider, purpose, information processed and period.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may request account deletion as described in the Account Deletion Guide; requests are handled after identity verification.
5. Deletion process and methods
When the retention period ends, electronic information is deleted by a method that makes recovery difficult. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
6. Security measures
The Company takes administrative and technical measures needed to protect personal information, including access controls, protection of authentication information, secure transmission and review of access logs.
7. Cookies
Cookies may be used to maintain login status and provide basic functions. You may block cookies in your browser settings, although some functions may then be limited.
