Article 1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the With Value website and building management services provided by With Value Inc., and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.

Article 2. Membership and accounts

Members must provide accurate information and keep their accounts secure. They must not use another person’s information or transfer or lend their accounts.

Article 3. Services

The Company provides functions such as building information management, maintenance requests, specialist connections, and viewing estimates and work progress. Specific functions may change or be added as the service develops. Important changes will be announced in advance.

Article 4. Member obligations

Members must comply with applicable laws, these terms and service guidance. They must not register false information, upload materials that infringe rights, disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access or use the service improperly.

Article 5. Estimates and contracts

Estimates and schedule information displayed in the service help members and specialists discuss a project. The scope, price, responsibilities and warranty terms of an actual construction or inspection agreement are determined by the final contract between the parties. Where the Company is itself a party to the contract, separate contractual terms apply.

Article 6. Service changes and interruptions

The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, failures, security needs or force majeure. Where practicable, the Company will announce foreseeable significant interruptions or changes in advance.

Article 7. Posts and materials

Members may upload photos and documents as needed to use the service and must have the lawful right to provide them. The Company processes these materials only as necessary to provide the service and maintain security.

Article 8. Restrictions and withdrawal

The Company may restrict accounts that violate laws or these terms or threaten service security. Members may request account deletion at any time.

Article 9. Liability

If the Company causes damage to a user intentionally or through negligence, it is liable under applicable law. Liability for harm caused by events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures, may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Article 10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first try to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
